About Custom Trip Apparel

Custom Trip Apparel creates made-to-order apparel, accessories, and keepsakes for cruises, family reunions, girls trips, bachelorette trips, camping weekends, fishing trips, group tours, destination events, travel agents, group organisers, families, and special events.

Products may include custom shirts, tanks, sweatshirts, hoodies, youth shirts, toddler shirts, infant bodysuits, tote bags, mugs, water bottles, can coolies, hats, pin buttons, posters, acrylic blocks, photo gifts, puzzles, calendars, and other selected products.

Using This Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes.

You must not misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its security, submit false information, upload harmful files, attempt to access accounts or data that do not belong to you, or use the site in a way that could damage Custom Trip Apparel, our customers, our partners, or our services.

We may update, change, pause, or remove parts of the website at any time.

Product Information

We do our best to describe products clearly and accurately, including available styles, colours, sizing, materials, print areas, and customisation options.

Because products are made using print-on-demand fulfilment partners, product availability, sizes, colours, production options, and supplier details may change without notice.

Colours may appear slightly different on screens compared with the final printed item. Print placement, scale, and colour may also vary slightly due to production processes.

Custom Products

Custom products are made specifically for your order. This may include names, dates, destinations, group wording, roles, “Most Likely To” phrases, uploaded artwork, personalised designs, or other custom details.

Because custom products are made especially for you, they cannot be resold.

You are responsible for checking that all custom details are correct before placing or approving your order.

Once a custom order has been placed, approved, or sent to production, changes may not be possible.

Order Approval and Proofs

For some personalised or group orders, we may provide a digital proof before printing.

If a proof is provided, you are responsible for checking all details carefully before approval. This includes spelling, names, dates, destinations, colours, product details, and custom wording.

Once a proof has been approved or an order has been sent to production, changes may not be possible.

Failure to review a proof carefully may result in the item being printed exactly as approved.

Custom Order Cancellations

Custom orders cannot be cancelled more than one hour after ordering.

Orders are sent to the printer quickly, so please make sure all details are correct before submitting your order.

After the one-hour cancellation window has passed, the order may already be in production and cannot be cancelled.

We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellation once production has started.

No Refunds on Custom Orders

There are no refunds on custom orders unless there is a verified production error, printing error, wrong item, wrong colour, damaged item, or another issue caused by the printer or fulfilment process.

Because custom products are made specifically for your order, they cannot be returned, exchanged, refunded, or resold due to:

Customer spelling mistakes
Incorrect names, dates, destinations, or wording supplied by the customer
Wrong size ordered
Wrong colour selected
Wrong product selected
Change of mind
Ordering the wrong item
Late event planning where delivery estimates were not suitable
Failure to review a proof before approval
Failure to check custom details before ordering

Wrong, Damaged, or Printer Error Orders

If your order arrives with a production issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Production issues may include:

Wrong item received
Wrong colour sent
Incorrect print placement
Printing error
Damaged item
Other printer or fulfilment errors

Most of the time, printer errors or fulfilment mistakes can be replaced by the print provider once proof is supplied. Photo proof is required so we can report the problem and request a replacement where applicable.

We will review the issue and contact the print provider where appropriate. If the issue is confirmed as a printer or fulfilment error, a replacement may be arranged.

Size and Fit

Sizing can vary by brand, product style, and manufacturer. Please check the sizing information provided before ordering.

Custom Trip Apparel is not responsible for incorrect sizing choices made by the customer.

If you are ordering for a group, please make sure each person checks the size chart before ordering or before you submit size details on their behalf.

Artwork, Designs, and Uploaded Files

Customers may be able to upload artwork, logos, inspiration images, text, spreadsheets, or other files for quote or order purposes.

By uploading artwork or design content, you confirm that you have the legal right to use it and give Custom Trip Apparel permission to use it for preparing your quote, proof, product, or order.

We do not print copyrighted, trademarked, or unauthorised content.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Disney-related content
Cruise line names
Specific cruise ship names
Brand logos
Sports team names
Movie or TV references
Celebrity names
Protected characters
Copyrighted artwork
Trademarked phrases
Artwork you do not have permission to use

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or reject any design request that appears to infringe copyright, trademark, intellectual property rights, publicity rights, or any other protected rights.

Customer-Supplied Text and Artwork

You are responsible for making sure all text, artwork, and uploaded content is accurate and suitable for printing.

We may refuse artwork that is low quality, blurry, incorrectly sized, offensive, discriminatory, hateful, adult, unlawful, misleading, or unsuitable for production.

For best results, artwork should be high-resolution. A transparent PNG is usually best for shirt designs. Full-size shirt artwork should ideally be 300 DPI or higher and around 4500 pixels wide by 5400 pixels high where possible.

Quote Requests

Submitting a quote request does not create a confirmed order.

Quote requests are reviewed before acceptance. We may contact you for more information about products, sizing, artwork, design details, quantity, delivery deadline, or budget.

Prices, product availability, production times, and delivery estimates may change until the order is confirmed and paid.

Group Orders

Group orders may involve multiple names, roles, sizes, colours, destinations, wording, products, and delivery needs.

For group orders, it is your responsibility to provide accurate details. If you are submitting information on behalf of other people, you are responsible for checking that their names, sizes, wording, and product choices are correct.

If you are a travel agent or group organiser submitting client information, you confirm that you have permission to share that information with Custom Trip Apparel for quote, order, production, or communication purposes.

Travel Agents and Affiliates

Custom Trip Apparel may operate a travel agent partner or affiliate programme.

Approved affiliates may receive referral links, coupon codes, commission tracking, and other partner tools.

Affiliate participation is governed by our Travel Agent Partner & Affiliate Terms and Conditions.

Affiliate codes, commissions, and discounts may be changed, paused, or withdrawn at any time.

Affiliate client information is only used as directed by the travel agent affiliate or as needed to process a quote, order, or customer communication.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown on the website or provided by quote.

Prices may change at any time before an order is placed or paid.

Payment is currently processed through PayPal. Custom Trip Apparel does not store full payment card details on this website. Payment information is handled by PayPal according to PayPal’s own terms and privacy practices.

An order is not confirmed until payment has been completed and accepted.

If payment fails, is reversed, disputed, charged back, or flagged as fraudulent, we may pause, cancel, or refuse the order.

Taxes, Duties, and Import Fees

Depending on your location, taxes, duties, customs fees, import charges, or other local fees may apply.

Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, customs duties, import charges, or local fees unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Custom Trip Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Production Times

Most custom apparel orders are made within several business days after order details are confirmed, but production time can vary depending on product type, print partner, order volume, season, supply availability, and other fulfilment factors.

Production time is separate from shipping time.

If your order is needed for a specific event, cruise, reunion, flight, or travel date, please order early.

We recommend allowing extra time for group orders, custom artwork, proofing, carrier delays, holidays, and busy seasons.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are produced and shipped by our print production partners and/or fulfilment providers.

As soon as your order ships from our print partner, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

Please keep this tracking information and refer to it when checking where your order is.

Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier.

Once your order has shipped and is in the hands of the postal service or shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of that carrier. This may include USPS, Royal Mail, or another delivery service depending on the order and destination.

We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, Royal Mail, customs, weather, holidays, local delivery issues, missed scans, high shipping volume, carrier staffing issues, or other carrier-related problems once the shipment has left our print partner.

We will always do our best to help you locate tracking information, but we do not control postal service delivery times after the package has been handed over to the carrier.

Incorrect Delivery Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Custom Trip Apparel is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address if the address was entered incorrectly at checkout.

If you notice an address error after ordering, contact us immediately at:

We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed once the order has been submitted or sent to production.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If a package appears delayed, please refer to the tracking information first.

Carrier delays can happen because of weather, holidays, high shipping volume, customs, missed scans, local delivery issues, or staffing shortages.

If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, please check with household members, neighbours, building management, your local postal service, or the carrier first.

Custom Trip Apparel is not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier to the shipping address provided by the customer.

Returns and Exchanges

Because most products are custom-made or made to order, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless there is a verified production or fulfilment error.

Non-custom items, if offered, may have different return rules listed on the product page or in the relevant policy.

Custom items cannot be returned due to change of mind, wrong size ordered, wrong colour selected, incorrect details supplied by the customer, or late delivery caused by carrier delays.

Product Availability and Substitutions

Product styles, colours, sizes, materials, suppliers, fulfilment locations, and availability may change.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order or quote request is placed, we may contact you about suitable alternatives, substitutions, delays, or cancellation options.

We will not substitute a significantly different product without contacting you where practical.

Website Accounts

If customer accounts, affiliate accounts, or other website login areas are available, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure.

You must not share account access, misuse another person’s account, or provide false account information.

We may suspend or remove accounts that appear fraudulent, abusive, inactive, or in breach of these Terms.

Mailing List and Marketing

We do not spam customers.

If you join a mailing list, subscribe to updates, or opt into marketing, we may send you emails about Custom Trip Apparel, products, services, offers, or updates.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting:

We do not sell your personal information to other people or companies.

Transactional emails, such as order confirmations, shipping notifications, quote replies, support replies, and account-related messages, may still be sent even if you unsubscribe from marketing.

Privacy, Data Use, and GDPR

We use customer information for order processing, custom product creation, fulfilment, shipping, customer support, quote requests, affiliate tracking, website improvement, and legal/business record purposes.

If you ask to be removed from our website, mailing list, affiliate programme, or customer records, we will follow applicable privacy and GDPR guidelines.

Where possible, we will remove your personal information within 3 working days of receiving a valid removal request. Some information may need to be kept where required or permitted for tax, accounting, legal, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, order history, or administrative purposes.

Print production partners process this information according to their own privacy policies, data processing terms, retention rules, and applicable law.

Where possible, we keep customer information only as long as needed for order processing, customer support, accounting, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and business administration.

We take reasonable steps to protect customer, order, quote, and affiliate information.

No website, email system, payment processor, or online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information through forms or email.

You may not copy, reproduce, resell, redistribute, or use our designs, branding, product images, website content, or other materials without written permission.

Purchasing a product does not give you ownership of the design file, artwork, mockup, listing content, or intellectual property used to create the product.

Prohibited Use

You may not use our website, products, designs, forms, or services for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, misleading, harmful, discriminatory, hateful, threatening, obscene, or infringing purposes.

You may not submit content that violates copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that violate these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

Custom Trip Apparel is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or financial losses relating to the use of this website, delays, carrier issues, customer errors, incorrect order details, third-party services, product availability, or custom order mistakes supplied or approved by the customer.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit rights that cannot legally be limited.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.

Continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
