Please send all names, roles, phrases, sizes, and shirt colours clearly in a message, text file, spreadsheet, or Word document. The clearer the information, the easier it is for us to prepare your order accurately.

What file formats can I upload for designs?
For best results, please upload a high-resolution PNG file with a transparent background. This usually gives the cleanest print result for custom shirts, tanks, sweatshirts, and hoodies.
Your artwork should ideally be 300 DPI or higher. For full-size shirt designs, we recommend a file size of approximately 4500 px wide x 5400 px high. This helps keep the artwork crisp, clear, and suitable for printing.
We can also accept PDF or AI / Adobe Illustrator files if you already have a finished design. Please make sure your artwork is clear, high quality, and large enough for printing. Blurry, low-resolution, screenshots, or tiny images may not print well.
You are welcome to use one of our designs, customise one of our existing templates, or send your own artwork. If you would like us to personalise your order, please include all important details such as:
- Names
- Dates
- Trip name
- Destination

- Shirt wording
- Role names or individual custom text
Please send this information in a message, text file, or Word document so we can make sure everything is spelled correctly.
We do not print artwork that includes trademarks, copyrighted content, protected characters, cruise line names, ship names, brand logos, or anything you do not have permission to use. This includes designs inspired by or using protected brands such as Disney, cruise companies, sports teams, movies, TV shows, or other copyrighted/trademarked properties.
All submitted artwork is reviewed before production. If there is a concern with your file or wording, we’ll contact you before moving forward.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Most custom apparel orders are made within 2–3 business days after your design details are confirmed. Once your order has been produced, standard U.S. delivery usually takes around 2–5 business days.
In most cases, we recommend allowing around 5–8 business days total from order confirmation to delivery. During busy seasons, holidays, severe weather, or carrier delays, it’s best to allow 7–10 business days just to be safe.
If you need your shirts for a cruise, flight, reunion, bachelorette trip, or special event, please order as early as possible. We strongly recommend ordering at least 2–3 weeks before your travel date, especially for group orders with multiple sizes or custom names.
Express shipping may be available on select apparel styles and variants, with estimated delivery around 2–3 business days after production, but availability can vary by product, size, colour, and destination. If your trip is coming up soon, contact us before ordering and we’ll help you choose the fastest available option.
Will I see a proof before my order is printed?
For personalised and group orders, we can provide a digital proof before printing so you can check names, dates, destinations, and custom wording. Please review your proof carefully, as this is your chance to confirm spelling and details before production begins.
Once a design is approved and sent to production, changes may not be possible. To avoid delays, please reply to proof requests as quickly as possible, especially if your travel date is coming up soon.
Can you make keepsakes after our trip using our photos?
Yes! After your trip, we can help turn your favourite photos and memories into custom keepsake gifts. These are perfect for remembering a cruise, family reunion, girls trip, camping weekend, fishing trip, group tour, or annual getaway.
