Can you Create Matching Items For My Whole Group?

You can choose one design for everyone, or create variations with different names, roles, dates, destinations, or group wording. For example, one group might order matching cruise shirts, tote bags, and can coolies, while another might choose hoodies, mugs, and buttons for a cabin weekend.

Can every shirt have a different name or role?

Please send all names, roles, phrases, sizes, and shirt colours clearly in a message, text file, spreadsheet, or Word document. The clearer the information, the easier it is for us to prepare your order accurately.

What file formats can I upload for designs?

Your artwork should ideally be 300 DPI or higher. For full-size shirt designs, we recommend a file size of approximately 4500 px wide x 5400 px high. This helps keep the artwork crisp, clear, and suitable for printing.

We can also accept PDF or AI / Adobe Illustrator files if you already have a finished design. Please make sure your artwork is clear, high quality, and large enough for printing. Blurry, low-resolution, screenshots, or tiny images may not print well.

You are welcome to use one of our designs, customise one of our existing templates, or send your own artwork. If you would like us to personalise your order, please include all important details such as:

 - Names  
 - Dates  
 - Trip name

 - Shirt wording  
 - Role names or individual custom text  

Please send this information in a message, text file, or Word document so we can make sure everything is spelled correctly.

We do not print artwork that includes trademarks, copyrighted content, protected characters, cruise line names, ship names, brand logos, or anything you do not have permission to use. This includes designs inspired by or using protected brands such as Disney, cruise companies, sports teams, movies, TV shows, or other copyrighted/trademarked properties.

How long does it take to receive my order?

In most cases, we recommend allowing around 5–8 business days total from order confirmation to delivery. During busy seasons, holidays, severe weather, or carrier delays, it’s best to allow 7–10 business days just to be safe.

If you need your shirts for a cruise, flight, reunion, bachelorette trip, or special event, please order as early as possible. We strongly recommend ordering at least 2–3 weeks before your travel date, especially for group orders with multiple sizes or custom names.

Will I see a proof before my order is printed?

If your group has another event planned for the following year, we can also add the next trip date, reunion date, or cruise details to selected calendar or keepsake designs.
